摘要
目的:总结肺静脉异位引流的外科诊治经验。方法:2003年7月～2008年5月手术治疗先天性心脏病肺静脉异位引流患者11例(男4例,女7例);平均年龄16.2±7.8(3.3～32)岁;体重36.2(13～55)kg。全部在全麻低温体外循环下行矫治术。结果:术后早期(30天)无死亡,无并发症。结论:此类疾病不易诊断,易漏诊,如发现合并畸形或其他原因不能解释的三尖瓣关闭不全、肺血增多或房室扩大,应及时排查。
Objective：To summarize the surgi- cal treatment experience of anomalous pul- monary venous connection. Methods： Between July 2003 to May 2008, 11 patients （4 male and 7 female） underwent successful surgical repair of anomalous pulmonary venous connection under general anesthesia and cadiopulmonery bypass. Those patients average age are 16. 2 - 7. 8 （ 6 - 32 ） years and average weight are 36. 2 （ 18 - 55 ） kg. Result and Conclusion：This deformity is difficult to diagnose and easy to missed diagno- sis. We should considered anomalous pulmo- nary venous connection if patients have tricuspid incompetence or atrium and ventricle enlargement or lung blood increasement but can not explain by combination deformity or any other reasons.
