摘要
基于耦合振荡器阵列的有源相控阵天线由于不采用移相器,利于集成,因而是相控阵天线实现低成本和小型化的有效途径之一。提出了一种环形结构的二维耦合振荡器阵列,这种阵列的阵元按照环形排列,阵元之间的耦合通过径向的耦合网络实现。推导了环形结构耦合振荡器阵列的平面相位分布控制方法,只需要控制边界阵元即可实现阵列的平面相位分布控制。同时,对基于环形结构耦合振荡器阵列的有源天线阵的相位控制误差和波束扫描范围进行了分析,理论和仿真结果表明,阵列的相位控制误差具有积累特性。当阵元径向间距为半波长时,可以实现偏离阵面法线30度范围内的波束扫描。
Beam scanning and beam forming can be achieved by coupled oscillators array without phase shifters.Active antenna array based on coupled oscillators array has the virtue of low cost,high integration,and high efficiency.A new coupled oscillators array with concentric ring structures was proposed.Elements or the array were arranged on concentric rings and the coupling network was configured along radial direction.Phase control method of the array was provided.Planar phase distribution was obtained by ajusting the boundary elements.Phase error charateristic of the array was analyzed,analysis result shows that phase error accumulates along radial direction.When this coupled oscillators array is used in active antenna array,theoretical results shows that for half wavelength element spacing along the radial direction,beam scanning range reach the limit of 30 degrees from normal.
