摘要
江西省抚州市建里220kV送电线路在2008年初冰灾受损严重,按照送电线路沿线地理特征划分受损区域进行分析,发现倒杆(塔)发生的区域为山区,海拔71~210m,发生倒塔的线路耐张段全部发生在海拔100m连续上山档,且耐张段部分在山上,并波及位于山谷的海拔71~98m的杆塔。此部分线路,在特定天气条件下,形成了气象学上的雨凇现象。分析认为,由于重力或导线的不平衡拉力,造成导线崩断或倒杆。针对不同受损情况,做出了不同的抢修措施。
Jianli 220 kV line in Fuzhou,Jiangxi Province,suffered severe icing damage in early 2008.By categorizing damaged areas according to geological features along the line,it is found that pole(tower) collapses occur in mountain areas at elevations 71~210 m,and the strain sections of lines with tower collapse all occured in continuous uphill spans at 100 m elevation,they affected poles in the valley of 71~ 98 m elevations.Under certain weather conditions,the so called glaze phenomena will occur on these sections of the line.Because of gravity or uneven tension in the conductor,line breakage or pole collapse will occur.Different repair measures are performed according to actual damage.
