摘要 研究了干膜润滑的耐磨性、耐高温性、耐温度交变性、耐油性等性能,并与银镀层的摩擦磨损性能进行了对比研究。结果表明,干膜润滑剂具有低磨损量和摩擦系数,有较好的耐磨性,耐高温性、耐温度交变性、耐油性、失重等性能也较好,是一种综合性能优良的润滑减摩镀层。 The properties of solid film lubri-cant including resistance of wear, high temperature, temperature alternating and oil are researched and compared with the friction wear properties of silver coating. Experiments indicate that the graphite solid film lubricant has less wear value and lower friction coefficient, has good properties of resistance of wear, high temperature, temperature alternating and oil, and has loss weight properties. Therefore, the lubricant possesses excellent lubricating and reducing friction properties.
