摘要
基于多体系统动力学理论,利用ADAMS建立了车用柴油机配气机构动力学模型,进行了虚拟样机的仿真分析研究。应用刚体和刚柔耦合动力学模型进行了配气机构的运动学和动力学仿真计算对比,分析了配气机构的工作特性。计算结果表明了基于ADAMS进行柴油机配气机构仿真分析研究的可行性。
On the basis of multi-bodied systematic dynamics theory, the dynamics model of valve timing mechanism of diesel engine used in vehicles was established by the use of ADAMS, and a study of simulative analysis on virtual prototype has been carried out. By the use of rigid-body and rigid-flexible coupled dynamics model a comparison of simulative calculations on kinematics and dynamics characteristics of valve timing mechanism was carried out and the working characteristics of valve timing mechanism was analyzed. The result of calculation showed the feasibility for carrying out the simulative analytic study on the valve timing mechanism of diesel engine based on ADAMS.
