摘要
用金相显微镜观察了铝青铜经650℃×1min处理后不同冷却速度下的组织特征,并分析了冷却速度对铝青铜组织细化效果的影响。结果表明:铝青铜经650℃×1min空冷后,组织中α相的平均晶粒尺寸由铸态的64.51μm减小到16.34μm,可获得满意的细化效果。
The microstructure of aluminum bronze treated at 650℃ for 1 min followed with different cooling rates was observed by optical microscopy, and the influence of cooling rate on grain refmement effect was also analyzed. The results show that the average grain size of α phase reduces from 64.51μm to 16.34μm when the aluminum bronze is heat-treated at 650℃ for 1 min followed with air cooling, and the satisfactory effect of grain refinement can be obtained.
