摘要
CEPA的签订,旨在促进内地和香港特别行政区经济的共同繁荣与发展,减少或取消双方之间的贸易壁垒,逐步实现服务贸易自由化。但迄今为止,CEPA实施的现实效果与预期效果却存在较大差异,文章运用对比方法就CEPA演进对广州商务服务业所起作用进行实证分析,得出结论后提出相应对策建议。
The signing of CEPA is aimed to promote the common prosperity and development of Hong Kong and China's Mainland, which might reduce or eliminate the bilateral trade barriers and realize the liberty for service trade between each other gradually. However, there is still a long way to the realization of the expected effect of CEPA. The paper firstly uses the method of antitheses to empirically analyze the function of CEPA during evolution on the commercial service industry in Guangzhou, then deduces some relevant conclusions and proposes some corresponding advices.
