不同土壤含水量对日光温室茄子生长及生理特性影响 被引量:14

Effect of Different Soil Moistures on Growth and Physiological Characteristics of Solar Greenhouse Spring Eggplant During Fruit Stage

摘要 在日光温室春茬盆栽茄子条件下,以结果期的土壤不同含水量为试验因素,用五叶茄为试验材料,研究了不同土壤含水量对茄子生长与生理特性的影响。结果表明:在土壤含水量为田间持水量86~90%时,茄子植株生长健壮,茎粗大,叶绿素含量高,叶面积较大,能保持较高的光合速率,气孔阻力较小,茄子的产量最高。各处理植株的生长量与生长时间呈正相关,但并非依土壤含水量增加而增大。细胞汁液浓度随土壤含水量的升高而降低,植株对水分状况反应敏感,可用作判断植物水分盈亏的生理指标。 With pot experiment, Wu Yeqie (an eggplant variety) was used to study the effects of different soil water contents on growth and physiological characteristics of eggplant cultivated in greenhouse during fruit stage. The results indicated that with the content of soil water at 86-90% field water-holding capacity eggplant fruit stage presented strong growing vigor with big and thick roots,high chlorophyll content,the bigger leaves areas,keeping high photosynthesis rate and lower stomata resistance, with the highest yield. The biomass of eggplant was positively correlated with the growing time, but not with the soil moisture. The concentration of leaf-cell juice decreased with soil moisture increasing, and the eggplant plant had a very sensitive response to water content. Thus it could be used as a physiological parameter to judge if the plants had a proper water content.
