辣椒叶片耐热性生理生化指标探讨 被引量:35

摘要 以耐热性不同的3个辣椒品种为试材,对其进行2~8d的高温(35~45℃)处理,研究辣椒叶片中细胞膜透性、丙二醛(MDA)含量、游离脯氨酸含量和过氧化物酶(POX)活性的变化与辣椒耐热性的关系.结果表明:35~40℃下处理2d,品种间的细胞膜透性变化差异显著;35~45℃下处理2d,品种间的游离脯氨酸含量差异显著.因此。 Three potted different heat tolerance pepper varieties were treated at the temperature of 35-45℃ for 2 to 8 days to test the changes of cell membrane permeability,the contents of MDA and free proline,and the peroxidase activity in their leaves. The results indicated that cell membrane permeability of the leaves treated at 35 ̄40℃ for 2 days showed sig nificant difference between varieties and that free proline accumulation of the leaves treated at 35 ̄45℃ for 2 days also showed clear varietal difference. This suggested that these two indice be used for determining heat tolerance of pepper.
