摘要
在已有大量研究成果的基础上,结合全国洪水风险图编制试点,基于.Net平台,利用最新软件技术及面向对象方法,研发了二维洪水演进模拟的洪水风险分析平台。洪水风险分析平台统一设计了网格对象模型,在非结构网格有限体积计算方法、网格自动生成、GIS数据接口、大容量计算网格的展示与用户交互、用户编程接口等关键技术方面进行了探索和研发。研发的平台初步应用于沂河左堤洪水风险图编制试点,对江河堤防(段)洪水风险图编制进行了有益的探索。
On the basis of research results achieved,aiming at a pilot study on flood risk mapping,the authors developed a hydraulic modeling software platform for a 2-D simulation of flooding by applying the latest software techniques and object oriented method.On the platform a unified object model of mesh has been designed.A few key aspects,such as finite volume method on irregular mesh,mesh auto-generation,access interface of GIS data,displaying and manipulation of computational meshes of large amount,user coding interface,etc.,have been explored and discussed.The platform has been applied for flood risk mapping at the left dyke of the Yihe River.Some instructive experiences have been made regarding risk mapping of riverine flood and dyke protection.
