摘要
目的:建立藤黄健骨丸中松果菊苷含量的HPLC测定方法。方法:色谱柱:Diamonsil C_(18)(250 mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相:甲醇-0.1%甲酸(28.5:71.5),流速:1.0ml·min^(-1),柱温:25℃,检测波长:330nm。结果:松果菊苷线性范围为0.18～1.84μg,r=0.999 9,平均回收率为98.36%,RSD为0.56%(n=6)。结论:本法操作简便,结果准确。
Objective： To establish an HPLC method for the determination of echinacoside in Tenghuang Jiangu pills. Method ： A Diam6nsil C 18 （250 mm× 4.6mm,5μm） was used. The mobile phase consisted of methanol -0.1% formic acid （28.5：71.5） . The flow rate was 1.0ml·min^-1 and the column temperature was 25℃. The content was detected at a Wavelenght of 330nm. Result： The linear range was 0.18 - 1.84 μg for echinacoside （ r = 0. 9999）. The average recovery, rate was 98.36% with RSD of 0.56% （ n = 6）. Conclusion： The method was simple and accurate.
