摘要
建立了一种以蔗糖八乙酸酯为内标,二氯甲烷超声提取,N,O-双(三甲基硅基)三氟乙酰胺衍生化,气相色谱/质谱法测定香料烟中的蔗糖酯(SE)含量的方法,并采用该方法测定了10个香料烟样品中的SE含量。结果显示:①该方法的回收率86.21%~99.56%,RSD 3.11%~4.58%,检测限0.168μg/mL;②10个香料烟烟叶样品中5种不同分子量的SE含量均为SE(Ⅳ)>SE(Ⅲ)>SE(Ⅴ)>SE(Ⅱ)>SE(Ⅰ),且以SE(Ⅳ)和SE(Ⅲ)为主;③香料烟中的SE含量随着其产地、品种和等级的不同而变化,其中产地可能是主要影响因素。
A GC/MS method was developed for analyzing the sucrose esters (SEs) in oriental tobacco samples. Tobacco sample was ultrasonically extracted with methylene chloride, then derived with N, O- bis (trimethylsilyl) trifluoroaeetamide, and determined by GC/MS with sucrose octaaeetate as an internal standard. The SEs contents in ten samples were tested. The results showed that: 1 ) the recoveries of SEs ranged from 86.21% to 99.56% with RSDs of 3.11% to 4.58 % and the limit of detection of 0. 168 μg/mL ; 2) the SEs of 5 different molecular weights in order of their content in samples were SE( Ⅳ ) 〉 SE(Ⅲ ) 〉 SE (Ⅴ) 〉SE(Ⅱ) 〉SE( Ⅰ ), and dominated by SE(Ⅳ) and SE(Ⅲ); 3) the SEs contents in samples changed with the grown area, variety and grade, and grown area might be a major influencing factor.
