摘要
目的评价胃手术后早期肠内营养的应用方法和疗效。方法对15例胃手术病人,术后12~24小时进行肠内营养,整个过程持续7天。观察临床表现和排气时间及测定营养支持前后的相关营养状况指标。结果本组病例无死亡,吻合口瘘、腹泻及腹腔感染等并发症。排气时间较非EN提前平均约16小时。相关检测指标在营养支持后第七天均有不同程度增高。结论胃术后早期肠内营养是安全,有效的,起到了营养支持和药理治疗作用。
Objective TO Assess application and effect of early enteral nutrition after gastric surgery. Methods Enteral nutrition was applied to 15 patients in 12-24 hours after their gastric surgery. The whole process continued for seven days. Their clinical performance and exhaust- times were observed. Relevant indicators of nutritional status were measured both before and after nutritional support. Results There were no cases of death or syndromes like anastomotic buceal fistula, diarrhea and abdominal infection. Exhaust time was 16 hours earlier in average than that of non-enteral nutrition. All monitoring indicators were increased more or less seven days after nutritional support. Conclusions Early enteral nutrition after gastric surgery, which functions as nutritional support and medical treatment, is safe and effective.
