摘要
研究了采用OPA柱前衍生法测定西红柿中的谷胱甘肽。通过ODSC─18柱分离,流动相为60%的0.15mol/L乙酸钠溶液(pH7.0)和40%的甲醇。荧光检测器波长为:EX:340nm和EM:420nm。回收率为99.78-99.87%,变异系数(CV)为1.19%。
A method for measurement of glutathione in tomato by OPA pre -- column deriration is described . The sample is treated simply through shivering, oscillating, centrifuging, deriration and separated by DOS C-- 18 columm. The mobile phase is 60% 0. 15mol/ L sodium acetdate (pH7. 0). The fluorescence detector wavelength is EX 340 nm and EM 420nm and its recorery is from 99. 78 to 99. 87%. Coefficient of variation is 1. 19% .
