摘要
房地产行业是中国经济的支柱产业,对于房地产业如何发展日益引起人们的广泛关注。本文以房地产价格上涨的现实状况作为研究核心,通过对我国货币供给量、二元经济、居民收入、土地价格等方面探求房地产价格上涨的因素,并针对现状提出了政策建议。
The real estate industry is a pillar industry of Chinese economy, and people begin to pay more attention to its development. Putting the focus on the situation that the price of the real estate is rising, this paper studies the factors of the price rise according to China＇s money supply,dual economy,residents income ,land prices and so on. Pointing at the status, the policy recommendations are raised.
