放射性核素肾动态显像与静脉肾盂造影评价肾功能的比较 被引量:2

Comparison of radionuclide renal dynamic imaging and intravenous pyelography in assessing renal function

摘要 肾脏疾病患者进行放射性核素肾动态显像(RDI)及静脉肾盂造影(IVP)对判断分肾功能具有重要的临床意义。IVP是泌尿系统检查中的常用传统检查方法,但由于此检查在肾功能不全时可致患。肾显影不清或不显影,从而低估患肾功能。而BDI具有简便、无创伤、灵敏度高、可重复、可定量评价肾功能的特点,是较IVP更为理想的评价肾功能的方法。IVP患肾不显影时,应进一步行^99Tc^m-二乙烯三胺五乙酸RDI。 Radionuclide renal dynamic imaging ( RDI ) and intravenous pyelography (IVP) have important roles in evaluation of unilateral renal function. But IVP is affected by renal function. Patients with kidney failure examined by IVP might have poor IVP imaging or even no imaging. So, IVP may underestimate renal function. In these cases,^99Tc^m-radionuclide RDI is an ideal method to estimate renal function. It is simple, noninvasive, high sensitivity and recoverable. And it gives notable information such as quantitative unilateral renal function. It is superior to IVP in assessing renal function, and should be performed on kidneys not visualized by IVP.
