胃癌组织中LVD的表达变化及意义

摘要 目的探讨胃癌组织中淋巴管密度(LVD)的变化及其与胃癌临床病理指标的关系。方法应用免疫组化SP法对50例胃癌组织和30例正常组织标本进行D-240染色,并于光镜下观察计算淋巴管密度(LVD)。结果D2-40的阳性表达在淋巴管内皮细胞中,呈棕黄色。胃癌组织中LVD为(8.01±4.47)条/HP,显著高于正常胃组织为(1.32±1.41)条/HP,P<0.05;癌周LVD为(11.49±3.53)条/HP,明显高于癌内组织为(4.53±1.75)条/HP,P<0.05。低未分化[(9.06±1.64)条/HP]、Ⅲ~Ⅳ期[(9.06±1.39)条/HP]、有淋巴结转移[(9.10±1.36)条/HP]和远处转移的[(10.55±1.21)条/HP]胃癌LVD分别较高中分化[(6.15±2.95)条/HP]、Ⅰ~Ⅱ期[(4.28±2.43)条/HP]、无淋巴结转移[(7.38±2.46)条/HP]和远处转移者[(7.38±2.46)条/HP]增高,P均<0.05。结论胃癌组织中的LVD上升。检测LVD可以预测胃癌的淋巴结微转移。 Objective To detect the lymphatic-vessel density(LVD) change in gastric cancer and their relations with pathological mechanism indexs. Methods Immunohistochemistry were used to staining D2-40 in 50 eases of gastric cancer tissues and 30 cases of normal gastric tissues. LVD was counted with light microscope. Results The LVD was significantly higher in gastric cancer(8.01 ± 4.47 )/HP than normal tissues ( 1.32 ±1.41 )/HP( P 〈 0.05 ). PeritumoraI tissues ( 11.49 ±3.53)/HP was higher than intrammoral tissues (4.53 ± 1.75)/HP ( P 〈 0.05). In gastric cancer, the values of D2-40-postlve LVD was markbly higher in the cases of low differentiation, clinical stage Ⅲ - Ⅳ lymph node metastasis or distant metastasis than that in the ones with well and moderate differentitaion,clinical stage Ⅰ-Ⅱ and without lymph node metastasis or distant metastasis respectively ( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusions The LVD is increased in gustric cancer tissue. LVD can be used to forecast the lympthnode metastasis of gastric cancer.
