摘要
在极低硫(w(S)≤0.002 0%)X70钢的生产过程中,从铁水脱硫扒渣、转炉冶炼到LF精炼各工序要严格控制,而LF精炼工艺是影响钢液深脱硫的关键因素。控制好LF精炼终渣碱度、氧化性和渣量,钢液温度和脱氧,已生产出w(S)波动在0.000 4%-0.003 0%范围,平均0.001 4%的X70钢。
For production of ultra low sulphur (w(S)≤0. 0020%)X70, all the procedures from hot metal desulphurization and slag skimming, converter smelting to ladle furnace refining, must be controlled strictly, moreover the LF refining technique is the key factor of deep desulphurization. By controlling basicity, oxygen potential and amount of LF finishing slag, and liquid steel temperature, deoxidation process of X70 with sulphur content, ranged from 0. 0004% to 0. 0030%, and average of 0. 0014%. could be produced.
