涤纶织物亚锡类还原剂拔白印花

摘要 助拔剂WT可提高高温染地涤纶织物的拔白度,尿素是氯化亚锡拔白的有效助溶剂,加工锡HighzittF拔白不必使用助溶剂。印花前的预定形温度对拔白度影响较大,加工锡HighzittF性能稳定,拔白度高,是涤纶拔白的理想还原拔染剂。涤纶织物经纬丝单丝纤度、加捻与否以及经纬丝拔白性能的差异,对织物技白程度影响很大,微纤维织物极易拔白。 Dischaxge agent WT can improve discharge whiteness of polyester fabric in its high temperature ground dyeing with ures as an effective solvent in tin discharge. No solvent is necessary when worked tin Highzitt F is used in white discharge printing,which is an ideal auction discharge agent for polyester white discharge due to its stability in nature and high discharge whitecess. Pre-set temperature before printing exerts great influence upon discharge whiteness, and so does the filament size of warp and weft. Moreover discharge whiteness also depends on whether the yarn is twisted on not and on the dischargeability difference between warp and weft. Microfibre fabrics are most dischargeable.
