摘要
体育赞助的违约行为、非正式的营销行为,相关体育政策不健全等因素对企业赞助商的商业权益造成一定程度的损害。针对这些情况,提出对加强对侵犯商业权益行为的监督,建立完善的法规,制定税收优惠政策,提高赞助商的积极性,建设完善的诚信体系,提高体育赞助经营者的诚信意识。
The default behavior, informal marketing behavior,and the unperfect do harm to the policy rights of business enterprise. The article puts forward that perfect laws should be set up to strengthen supervision, and honesty and credit system be made to improve awareness of credibility.
