摘要
基于聚丙烯酸钠存在的条件下,锌对高碘酸钾氧化钙黄绿素褪色有明显的催化作用及聚丙烯酸钠对此催化反应有显著的增敏效应,从而建立了聚丙烯酸钠增敏催化高碘酸钾氧化钙黄绿素褪色光度测量痕量锌的新方法.在0.040~2.00μg/L范围内,锌离子浓度与ΔA值符合比耳定律,线性回归方程为ΔA=0.04982+0.06828CZn2+(μg/L),r=0.9992,检出限1.9×10-11g/mL.用于水样和人发样中锌含量的测定,结果满意.
A new catalytic spectrophotomery for the Determination of trace Zinc has been studied based on the catalytic effect of Zinc on oxidizing decoloration rection of Calcein and potassium perindate anti on the sensitive effect of Polyacrylicacidsodiumsalt (PAAS). Beefs law is obeyed in the range of 0.040 to 2.00p.g/L and the linear regression aqnation is AA=0.04982+0.06828CZn2+ (ug/L) (r=0.9992),the detection limit is 1.9×10^-11g/mL.The method has been applied to the determination of trace Zinc in water and human hair samples with satisfactory results.
