两种多普勒超声心动图方法测量Ees-s值的对比研究

摘要 采用两种多普勒超声心动图方法测量30例正常人(对照组)和60例不同程度二尖瓣关闭不全(MR)患者(按照反流束的面积/左房面积比值分为轻、中、重度)的单心动周期左室收缩末弹性模量(Ees-s)值,探讨其结果的一致性。发现对照组与同一程度MR组不同位点间的Ees-s无统计学差异,轻、中、重度组在Ees-s上有统计学差异,对照组与轻度MR组间的Ees-s无统计学差异,将不同程度MR组合并,后间隔、侧壁、下壁、前壁与整体值之间无统计学差异。认为两种方法所测的Ees-s值无差异。
