羊水来源干细胞的研究进展

摘要 羊水中含有来自胎儿的细胞。从20世纪70年代开始,从孕中期羊水中分离培养胎儿细胞进行染色体核型分析成为最常用的产前诊断技术。近年,有关羊水中干细胞的研究逐渐引起关注。由于羊水取材方便,对母婴创伤小,没有伦理学方面的限制,使羊水干细胞有希望成为理想的种子细胞来源之一。有关羊水干细胞的研究尚处于起步阶段,现对羊水干细胞的来源、培养方法、生物特性及应用前景作一综述。
