摘要
探讨n-HA/LDI-G/NVCM复合体的制备方法以及其物理特性。对载有0%、1%、2%、5%和10%NVCM的复合体材料分别测定其抗压强度和断裂强度,再通过X射线衍射和扫描电镜分析其固化产物和表面结构的变化。结果表明不同载药组抗压强度和断裂强度会有所不同。NVCM的载入不影响n-HA/LDI-G的固化,不会反应产生新的产物;NVCM的含量在复合体中一定的比例范围内,并不会对复合体的抗压强度和断裂强度造成影响,而超过一定范围后,则会降低其抗压强度和断裂强度。
This paper is to research the preparation of Nano-hydroxypatite/Lysine-di-isocyanate Glycerol polymer/Norvancomycin hydrochloride complex and investigate its physical property. Their crushing strength and breaking strength of n-HA/LDI-G/NVCM complex containing 0%, 1%, 2%, 5 % and 10% different norvancomycin hydrochloride were measured and their reaction product and surface structure were analyzed through x-ray diffraction and scanning electron microscope. The crushing strength and breaking strength of 0%, 1%, 2%, 5% and 10% group were different. Norvancomycin hydrochloride has no influence to solidification reaction of n-HA/ LDI-G; it does not lose crushing strength and breaking strength of n-HA/LDI-G at appropriate extent but it loss crushing strength and breaking strength when its content exceed some values; n-HA/LDI-G is good creature carrier for NVCM.
