摘要
建立基于PMU(phasor measurement unit,相量测量装置)数据的广东电网的实测负荷模型和辨识算法,指出PMU数据处理后用于负荷建模,要满足两个基本条件:一是PMU数据采集地点要装在220kV及以下电压等级的功率受端的纯负荷站点,负荷站出线没有小电源接入;二是PMU数据采集密度达到100Hz/s以上。以广东电网220kV清远变电站为例,通过与系统实际响应的对比分析,验证了负荷模型参数辨识方法的有效性。
A PMU (phasor measurement unit) data based load model, which is actually measured in Guangdong Power Grid, and an identification algorithm are established. It is concluded that two basic conditions must be fulfiled for load model building with processed PMU data. One is that the collection site of PMU data must be installed in the pure-load station that accepts power at voltage level of 220 kV or lower, and has no little electrical source connected to its out-lines. The other is that the PMU data collection frequency must be above 100 Hz/s. Taking the 220 kV Qingyuan substatiom in Guangdong Power Grid as an example, the load-model-parameters identification algorithm is validated by comparing with the system's actual response.
