摘要
利用有限元方法对三点弯曲试样的固有频率进行了计算,分别得出了不同长度、宽度和加载力下的三点弯曲试样固有频率。在实验中用激振法对不同裂纹长度和宽度的试样进行分析,实验结果与理论分析之间的误差均在2%以内.结果表明:加载力和裂纹宽度对试样的固有频率基本上没有影响,裂纹长度与固有频率之间具有定量关系。随着裂纹长度的增加,试样的固有频率逐渐减小。
Three points bend specimen is calculated by using the mode analysis of ANSYS, it can get natural frequency at different crack length, width and force. In the experiment, it needs to analyze the specimens with different crack length by excitation, and can find that the error between the result of experimentation and theory analysis is less than 2%. The result indicated that the force and crack width have no influence on natural frequency of specimen, there are fixed quantify relation between natural frequency and crack length. The natural frequency of specimen decreases as the crack length increases.
