摘要
华美板材公司引进德国UVK公司的酸再生装置,将废盐酸全部回收再用,符合环保要求,工艺技术是先进的,但是由于盐酸再生工艺中,它的分离罐中系统设定自动加漂洗水工艺不完善,造成机组处理废盐酸和盐酸再生能力较低,能耗高,能力和消耗数据波动大,机组运行不稳定.通过对盐酸再生分离塔浓缩酸密度控制工艺改进,使盐酸再生生产线的产能大大提高、消耗大幅降低,设备运行状况得到很大的改善.
A Germany UVK made hydrochloric acid regeneration facility was purchased by Sino Master Steel Sheet Co. , Ltd. , and used to recycle the used hydrochloric acid, so as to alleviate the environmental problem. While being advanced as a whole in technology, the facility has a problem with the auto rinsing-water adding system in the knockout tower, which led to a lower waste-acid processing capability, a higher material consumption, a larger fluctuation in the capability and consumption, and hence an unstable running of the facility. By strictly controlling the density of the concentrated regenerated acid in the knockout tower, the processing capacity of the hydrochloric acid regeneration line was tremendously enhanced, the consumption strikingly diminished, and the running stability of the facility markedly improved.
