高瓦斯矿井抽放钻场瓦斯积聚治理方法研究

Research on Accumulation Gas Control Measure in Drilling Field Using Gas Drainage at High Gas Mine

摘要 基于高瓦斯矿井抽放钻场的瓦斯积聚治理现状,分析并总结了现有充填材料的优缺点。在此基础上,研发了新型无机轻质充填材料及配套工艺,并在淮北矿业集团一些煤矿成功应用。结果表明,该充填材料具有轻质、不燃、密度小(400~1100kg/m^3)、强度可调(0.2~1.0MPa)、凝固时间可调(5~20min)、不脱水等特点,是一种可解决瓦斯积聚并方便顶板管理的新型无机轻质充填材料。 Based on the present situation of gas accumulation control in drainage field in high gas mine, this paper analyzes and summarizes the advantages and disadvantages of available filling materials. On this basis, a new type of inorganic and lightweight filling material and its matching technology are developed , and has been successfully applied in some mines of Huaibei Mining Bureau. The results show that this filling material has some characteristics, such as light weight, non - combustion, low density(400 - 1 100 kg/m^3 ), adjustable intensity(0.2 - 1.0 MPa), adjustable clotting time(5 -20 min), no dehydration and so on. So it is a new type of filing material which not only can be used to solve the problem of gas accumulation but be easy for roof management.
