摘要
领导哲学作为领导学的形上之思,对其具有根本性的指导功能,因此领导哲学成为领导学所必须垂注的问题域,其逻辑的演绎是研究过程应当遵循的理路。我们以探究领导哲学的价值审查为滥觞,剖析领导哲学的基本蕴涵,将领导道德与伦理、领导方法与艺术、领导动机与目的、无为与有为作为领导哲学的范畴加以界定和廓清。同时积极吸收《吕览》中的传统领导哲学精华为我所用,在建构当代领导哲学中逐步彰显其现代与科学的价值和特质。
Philosophy of leadership is a theoretical study of politics of leadership which is of practical value to almost all professional politicians and consequently it has always been their focal interest.This paper discusses and then attempts to define some basic concepts of leadership philosophy such as the moral and ethical values,strategies and art,motivations and goals,action and inaction,etc.,at the same times drawing on Chinese ancient wisdoms in the Chinese historical classic Lu's Spring and Autumn Annals,as some of its principles are still valid today.
