摘要
近年来兴起的液压传动二次调节方案是压力偶联、流量匹配、功率适应的高效节能方案,液机可在高效区内持续工作,制动能量及重物的势能可回收利用。本文通过在西德所作的实验资料,对二次调节液压系统的效率及节能效果进行了较为详细的分析论述。
Hydraulic secondary control system which developed recently is a
high effective saving energy system.Its principle is pressure coupling,
flow mating and power adaptting.The hydraulic pump and motor can
work constantly in a high effective area.Braking energy and weight
potential energy can be retrieved and used.Base on the experiment
information that author worked and get in west Germany,The efficiency
and saving energy effect of hydraulic system with secondary control are
analysed in this paper in more detail.
