蔬菜保护地土壤酶活性动态研究

摘要 对兰州市安宁区蔬菜保护地土壤酶活性的测定结果表明:在辣椒地,土壤过氧化氢酶活性表现为辣椒生长初期(4月)显著高于其他生育期;转化酶活性在0~20、60~80 cm土层中为辣椒生长中前期(5月)显著高于其他各生育期,而在其他土层中均以辣椒生长末期(7月)活性较高;脲酶活性在辣椒生长中前期(5月)和末期(7月)较高且两者之间差异不显著,其中在20~100 cm土层的活性显著高于其他生育期;碱性磷酸酶活性在0~40 cm土层以辣椒生长初期(4月)较高,在40~100 cm土层以辣椒生长中前期(5月)较高;此外,茄子地和黄瓜地表层土壤的过氧化氢酶和脲酶活性均明显高于辣椒地,而转化酶和碱性磷酸酶活性则以茄子地最高。 This paper investigated the growth changes of soil enzyme activities in protected vegetable soil in An Ning region of Lan Zhou. The result were as follows: the activity of catalase in April which was the earlier stage of pepper was significantly higher than that in others stage; for intervase activity, it was significantly higher in May than that in others stage in 0-20 cm and 60-80 cm layer, but was higher in July in others layer ; for urease , the activity was high in May and July, but not significant; it was the highest in 20-100 cm layer. Alkaline phospatase was larger in April than that in the later stage in 0-40 cm layer, but was higher in May in 40-100 cm layer, in addition, catalase and urease activity in eggplant and cucumber soil were richer than that in pepper in 0-20 cm layer.,the activity of intervase and alkaline phospatase were high in eggplant.
