摘要
髋关节后脱位伴有股骨头、颈部骨折又称Pipkin骨折，是临床上较为少见的严重创伤疾病，此型骨折波及髋关节，治疗较为困难。自2000-2006年笔者治疗该骨折12例，全部获得随访，效果满意，现总结报告如下。
