摘要
目的:总结高血压的护理经验。方法:对我院2006年5月～2007年5月60例高血压性脑出血患者在出血后的不同时段开展心理、生理及功能恢复训练,加强生命体征的监护和对各种并发症的预防。结果:60例中,基本痊愈40例,部分恢复15例,死亡5例。结论:对高血压性脑出血的患者,经过科学有效的护理,可提高其治疗效果,降低病死率,减低致残率。
Objective：To summarize the experience of nursing care in hypertension. Methods：During May 2006 and May 2007, sixty hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage patients were trained with psychology,physiology and recovery function at different procedures in order to consolidate the control of life physical sign and protect from different kinds of complicating diseases. Results：Among sixty patients, forty ones recovered basically; there was still something wrong in fifteen ;five were dead. Conclnsion： Nursing used for hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage patients effectually, can improve the curative effect and lower the fatality rate and maim rate.
