摘要
研究了超声振动磨削和普通磨削陶瓷深孔的对比试验。结果表明,超声振动磨削可明显地提高陶瓷加工效率,能有效地消除普通磨削产生的表面裂纹和崩坑,是陶瓷深孔精密高效加工的一种新方法。
In this paper,comparision experiment and stady have been made for ceramic hole processed by ultrasonic vibration grinding and conventional grinding.The result shows that the surface guality of the ceramic can be obviously improved by the vibration grinding,and the microcracks and fragments caused by the conventional grinding will be eliminated.It is a precision method of machining ceramic deep hole.
