摘要
企业国有资产法为国家出资企业的资产监管和管理提供了有力的法律保证,但存在一定的立法缺憾:资源性国有资产和行政事业性资产仍被排除在监管之外;企业国有资产监管的规定仍比较原则;对不同的国家出资企业未采取不同的考核和评价标准。
The Enterprise State-owned Assets Law is the guarantee to the supervision and management of the state-owned enterprises. But some problems remains to be solved, for instance： the state-owned assets of natural resources and institutions are not supervised yet; the supervision stipulations of the enterprise stateowned assets are difficult-to implement;and the only standard of examination and evaluation is difficult suitable to all state-owned enterprises.
