摘要
稀土萃取过程具有多变量、强耦合、非线性、时变及大时滞等综合复杂特性,为解决其智能控制技术的工程化验证问题,建立了稀土萃取系统DMC分布式仿真实验平台。实验平台由优化计算机、过程控制系统(PCS)、仪表与执行机构的虚拟装置和模拟现场萃取过程的对象计算机组成。在对象计算机上,通过MATLAB和组态软件之间的无缝链接,有效地模拟稀土萃取系统的输入输出特性。该实验平台的所有过程信号与工业现场一致。实验结果表明,它可以有效地从工程角度验证DMC系统的控制性能。
Rare earth extraction systems have synthetically complexity such as multivariate, strong coupling, nonlinearity, now and then change and big lagging. To validate the intelligent DMC of them, a distributed simulation platform was established. The simulation platform consists of process control system (PCS), virtual instruments and actuators, and a plant computer which is acted as the virtual extraction process. On the plant computer, the input-output dynamics of rare earth extraction system is simulated by the interaction between MATLAB and configuration software. All signals of the platform are accordance with those of real industrial processes. Experiment results show that the intelligent DMC algorithms can be validated by the platform in the view of engineering.
