炼钢厂职业病危害因素调查

Investigation on Occupational Hazards in Steelworks

摘要 目的了解某大型钢铁企业炼钢生产过程中存在的职业病危害因素。方法对该炼钢厂进行现场职业卫生学调查,根据国家相关标准进行职业病危害因素检测。结果炼钢生产过程中存在的主要职业病危害因素有粉尘、一氧化碳、高温及热辐射、噪声,其次是二氧化碳、氮氧化物、二氧化硫、氟化物、氟化氢、锰及其化合物、红外线等。炉前工接触的粉尘浓度(TWA)为1.60~7.14mg/m3,超标倍数>2;炉前工接触的噪声强度超标。结论该炼钢厂的职业病危害因素较多,但多在职业限值以内。 [Objective]To understand the existed occupational hazards in steel production process in a large iron and steel enterprise. [Methods] Occupational hygienic investigation and detection of occupational hazards were performed according to national standards. [ Results ] The main occupational hazards existed in steel production processes were dust, carbon monoxide, high temperature and heat radiation, and noise; followed by carbon dioxide, nitrogen oxides, sulfur dioxide, fluoride, hydrogen fluoride, manganese and its compounds, infrared, etc. TWA of dust exposed furnace-men was 1.60 - 7.14 mg/m^3 , over at least 2 times of limit ; noise intensity also exceeded the limit. [ Conclusion] A variety of occupational hazards exist in the steelworks, but most of them are within occuoational limits.
