摘要
设计了一个激光器功率控制系统,系统以单片机AT89C51为控制核心,单元电路由LCD显示电路、按键电路以及相关外围电路构成.利用数字电位器DS1867实现了对激光器电源内部电阻的控制,从而改变激光器发射功率等级的目的.同时系统还实现了检测激光器所在环境的温度,及高温报警、定时控制等功能.本系统利用Proteus和Keilc软件进行了仿真调试,结果表明激光器功率等级的控制和环境温度的测量等功能能够实现.
A laser power control system was designed. The system's controlling core was AT89C51 chip. The circuit units includes LCD displayment module, keyboard Circuit module and other related external circuits. This laser power can control adjustable resistance internal to change the level of transmitting power using the digital resistance DS1867. At the same time, this system also achieves detecting environ-ment temperature, high-temperature alarm, timing controlling and other functions. This system has carried on the simulation and debugging using the Proteus and Keilc software, finally indicated that the laser power tank's controlling and ambient temperature's measurement and so on functions can be able to realize.
