摘要 利用甘蔗渣木质素部分替代有毒苯酚和甲醛,制备了高强度的木质素基酚醛树脂(LPF)胶粘剂,探讨了木质素替代苯酚量、甲醛/苯酚摩尔比、催化剂浓度、反应温度以及反应时间等工艺条件对木质素基胶粘剂综合性能的影响,优化了制备LPF的工艺参数,比较了优化工艺条件下制备的LPF胶粘剂与普通酚醛树脂(PF)胶粘剂的性能.结果表明,替代了50%苯酚的甘蔗渣LPF胶粘剂的综合性能优于普通PF胶粘剂,LPF胶在一定储存期内的胶粘强度仍高于PF胶. The lignin-bascd phenol formaldehyde (LPF) adhesive with strong adhesiveness has been prepared for partially replacing poisonous phenol and formaldehyde using bagasse lignin. The preparation conditions of lignin phenol formaldehyde (LPF) adhesive, such as the lignin content, molar ratio of formaldehyde to phenol, catalyst usage, reaction temperatures and times were studied on adhesive strength, shear strength, nonvolatile solids and free formaldehyde contents. The preparation process parameters were also optimized. The performances of the LPF adhesive prepared on the optimized parameters were compared with those of the traditional phenol formaldehyde (PF) adhesive. It was found that up to 50% of phenol can be substituted by lignin to give LPF adhesive having better performances in comparison to PF adhesive. A shelf-life study shows that the adhesive strength of LPF adhesive has higher behavior as compared to PF adhesive.
