摘要
以柱形磁致伸缩换能器为对象,建立了其辐射板在磁致伸缩棒通过弹簧作用下的运动模型,给出了求解方法和级数解并讨论了弹簧刚度对辐射板振幅的影响,对合理确定换能器辐射板结构、尺寸和弹簧刚度以及优化系统工作参数等具有指导意义。
The forced vibration behaviour of a circular eradiation plate with a columned magnetostrictive actuator excited by a variant force,due to displacement excitation produced by the magnetostrictive bar inside the magnetostrictive actuator through a single elastic spring between the concentric point of the plate and the end of the bar,was studied here.Meanwhile,the influence of the stiffness coefficient of the spring on the amplitude of the plate vibration was discussed also.The calculating model and the analytic method discussed here were useful to determine the structure,the size of the eradiation plate and the stiffness of the sping as well as to optimize the parameters of the system.
