摘要
本文针对塑料包装膜存在着安全性不好、环境性能差以及对不可再生的石油资源依赖性强的严重的环境与社会问题，介绍了分子模拟与淀粉基食品包装膜的国内外研究现状，旨在为环保型食品包装膜的研究提供理论指导与实际参考。
At present,more and more people pay attention to the plastic packaging film for its bad security,the environmental pollution and the strong dependence of non-renewable oil resources. In order to provide the theoretical study and practical reference of environment-friendly food packaging film,in this paper, we introduced the research of molecular simulation and starch-based food packaging film at home and abroad.
