摘要
设计了一种永磁操动机构智能交流接触器。提出了新型单线圈单稳态永磁操动机构,在U型静铁心两端各安装一块永磁铁,增强了电磁力,减轻了动铁心重量。采用ANSYS对操动机构磁场的分布特性及电磁力进行了分析和仿真测试。设计了具有欠压保护功能的智能控制单元。该项研究降低了接触器分、合闸电流,节能效果良好。
An intelligent AC contaetor with permanent magnetic actuator was designed. A new type of singlecoil and single-stable permanent magnetic actuator was proposed. One permanent magnet was installed on each side of U-shaped static iron core, which improved electromagnetic force and reduced the weight of dynamic iron core. The magnet distribution charaeteristies and electromagnetic forc, e of actuator were analyzed and simulated based on ANSYS. Intelligent control unit with under-vnhage protection was designed. This research reduced the breaking and closing current and had good energy-saving ability.
