摘要
对半导体整流器件的最高允许工作频率ｆＭ经验公式的使用可靠性提出了疑义，并进行了分析。建议采用动态频率特性分析的方法来确定ｆＭ值。
The paper doubts about the working reliability of fM experimental formula,which is the maximum frequency permitted in the working of the semiconductor rectification devices.It also offers analyzed results,and suggests that the method of analyzing dynamic frequency property should be used to determine.
