摘要
对现有的热法海水淡化方法进行评述,并对热泵循环海水淡化系统提出的海水淡化系统进行详细计算,通过对此系统的设计计算,得出结论:热泵循环海水淡化系统能耗不低,相比直接压汽蒸馏和反渗透,均无节能优势。系统能耗偏高的主要原因在于,两种工质通过间壁换热,由于换热温差损失了大量的可用能。文中选择的热泵采用离心热泵,R123冷媒,更接近实际情况。
We introduced the recent methods of seawater desalination by heat method and calculated the parameters of seawater desalination system in detail. The results showed that the energy saving of heat pump circulating seawater desalination was more than direct pressure steam distillation and reverse osmosis method. The main reasons of high energy saving for the system was that the heat transfer temperature difference lost too much energy by the septate heat transfer. Meanwhile, the heat pump we adopted consisted of centrifugal heat pump and R123.
