摘要
用金属学理论分析了盘卷钢无屈服现象的本质，论述了盘卷铜拉伸试验过程中屈服强度的测定，以及准确测定低碳热轧圆盘条和盘卷螺纹钢筋Rp0．2的方法，并对试样弯曲对物理性能的影响进行了分析。
A metallography based analysis of the yield disappearance phenomena in hot rods was analyzed. The method of tensile test for yield strength in hot rods and the precise decision method of Rp0. 2 in given hot rods and hot ribbed rods were also discussed. The influence of curvature of the specimen on the mechanical properties was also analyzed.
