摘要
研究生教育是高等教育的重要组成部分。随着招生规模的日益扩大,研究生管理工作面临着新的挑战。创新研究生管理模式和管理制度,是做好研究生管理工作、保证和提高研究生培养质量的重要基础。
Postgraduate education is a significant part as well as the highest level of higher education. With an increasing number of enrolled postgraduate students, the management of these students is more challenging. Thus, how to innovatively manage them and how to enhance the education quality becomes an important topic in the education management. The article is up to discuss creative postgraduate management from two angles of creative administrative management mode and teaching management system
