摘要
从主机厂配套使用角度对锡林、道夫针布设计特点及发展趋势进行了分析,总结了针布检验、包卷过程中常见的质量问题,指出:锡林针布趋向于"浅、矮、薄、密齿和小工作角"设计,并采用更加优良的合金材料及完善的热处理工艺,道夫针布趋向于多样化的齿形设计,以改善其抓取、凝聚和转移纤维的效果;而针布使用寿命及其加工精度仍然是当前的主要议题。
Analysis is done to the design feature and prospect of the clothings on the cylinder and doff rollers configured by the main equipemnt factory. The common problems are summarized in the process of clothing check-up and clothing binding. Conclusion is made that cylinder clothing will develop in way of ＂shallow, short, thin, close and small work angle＂, and more, quality alloy material is used with perfect heattreatment process. Doff clothing is developing in way of variation of teeth design for better grasp,agglomeration and transfering of fiber,yet the problem remains regarding service life and manufacturing precision of clothing.
