摘要
从对装甲装备维护的角度出发,阐述了装备保障性工程研究的内容和方向。提出要实行装备全系统全寿命管理,还要从装备认证工作的开始就重视装备的保障性问题,进行保障性设计,开展保障性工程研究与应用,为装备全系统全寿命管理提供有效的工程方法。
