摘要
研究了拖拉机驾驶人体舒适姿势,运用人机工程学原理建立了基于CATIA的拖拉机驾驶员姿态评估和优化的三维人体模型;运用模糊综合评价法,利用CATIA二次开发工具,开发了拖拉机驾驶员驾驶姿势的评估与优化系统;可以对驾驶座椅的合理布置进行检验,参照系统中人体模型的各个舒适角度,进行驾驶座椅角度调节装置的最优设计,且可减少制造成本和节省大量试验时间。
This paper studies comfortable driving posture, exerts ergonomics theory, and builds three-dimensional human modeling for Evaluation and Optimization of Driver Posture Based on CATIA VS. After a driver human modeling is evaluated and optimized by this system, It can be used for testing disposal of driver seat,steering wheel and pedal, and every comfortable angles can be used for optimizing the adjustment disposal of driver seat. Consequently, using digital human modeling in three-dimensional software to evaluate and optimize posture of driver can decrease product cost and save a lot of test time.
