摘要 介绍了石油钻机中游车定位控制系统的设计方案和功能及工作原理,描述了硬件和软件的设计方法及关键技术。采用LabWindows/CVI 6.0作为软件开发平台,具有良好的人机界面,能完成信号采集及分析及相应控制。该系统提高了起下钻作业效率与安全性,减轻工人劳动强度,有一定推广价值。 The design of digital automatic positioning system of traveling block in drilling rig was proposed in this paper. The function and work principle was described. The method of hardware and software' designs as wen as the key technique were explained. Labwindows/CVI was used as tool to get nice human-machine interface and software development platform. The safety and efficiency of the tripping unit was improved and the labor strength of workers was released. This design has a certain application value.
